7. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

As the buyer, you are responsible for the following:

If a package is marked as delivered by the courier service, but you claim you have not received it, we bear no liability unless verifiable insured delivery was requested or a tracking discrepancy can be proven.

8. Age Verification Upon Delivery

9. Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy

• The product is returned in its original packaging.

For disposable products, we provide a warranty solely for manufacturing defects, provided that the defect is reported within 48 hours following the delivery of the package. Submitting a Replacement Claim:

For approved warranty claims, we will send a new product or issue a refund—subject to stock availability. If we are unable to provide a replacement, a refund will be offered.

The return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer, unless the defect has been verified by us. We kindly request that the package be returned exclusively in its original packaging by mail. We accept no liability for lost return shipments.
